We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Marketing to lead and execute the overall marketing vision for our insurance agency. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, client acquisition, and retention through innovative, compliant, and data-informed strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership, marketing expertise, and business acumen to build a high-performing marketing team and contribute directly to agency success
Salary Range: $600,000.00 per year

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, analytics, and marketing automation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of insurance industry dynamics and regulatory environment.
