• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or Head of Marketing within management consulting, professional services, or B2B services.
• Strong track record in strategic marketing, brand building, and demand generation.
• Deep understanding of the UK consulting market and buyer behaviour.
• Demonstrated success in content-driven marketing, PR, and thought leadership campaigns.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.

This individual will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand, building market presence, generating demand, and positioning BIP UK as a thought leader in the consulting industry.
