We are two dynamic, fast-growing companies under shared leadership, seeking a talented Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth across both divisions.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing initiatives for both our contracting and manufacturing businesses. This role is ideal for a versatile, hands-on professional who can blend strategic planning with tactical execution. You will manage everything from digital campaigns and content creation to trade shows and print materials — ensuring each brand’s unique identity and growth goals are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (construction or manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, analytics, and social media advertising
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Experience managing projects from concept to completion
