PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing demonstrating a deep understanding of the AEC industry, including market trends, key players and client needs.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies within a professional services
  • Strong leadership and team management
  • Expertise in digital marketing tactics and
  • Excellent communication and presentation
  • Strong analytical skills to measure marketing campaign performance and make data driven
  • Substantial knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative
  • Prior experience managing marketing department

  • A minimum of 5+ years of people management experience
  • Ability to perform work without
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile

Responsibilities
  • Creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the firm’s business objectives, including market analysis, target audience identification, and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor and report on budget utilization, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency
  • Analyze and report upon marketing performance
  • Maintain and enhance the firm’s brand image through consistent messaging across all marketing materials and
  • Effectively partner with the Business Development team to drive marketing initiatives in support of the Business Development team firmwide.
  • Conduct market research to identify profitable opportunities and trends within the
  • Perform competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a results-driven culture focused on achieving ROI and profitability
  • Oversee marketing team including interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, and supporting, as
  • Increase the team’s overall effectiveness by developing staff, aligning individual team member strengths with appropriate project tasks, identifying potential obstacles (both internal and external), and performing
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and management of high-quality content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and email marketing.
