EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of the photography industry, including cameras, lenses, accessories, and consumer trends.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, GA4, Shopify, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to drive strategy and execution simultaneously, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with PR, influencer marketing, and event execution is a plus.
  • Passion for photography is highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand positioning, and sales goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, CRM/email marketing, content strategy, and website performance.
  • Lead the creation and execution of product launch campaigns, promotional programs, and dealer marketing support.
  • Manage brand communications, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated go-to-market planning.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize strategy and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, media, influencers, and trade event organizers.
  • Lead trade show and event planning, including participation in key national shows and other industry events.
  • Manage internal and external resources including marketing staff, agencies, contractors, and creative vendors.
  • Define KPIs and marketing dashboards; report performance and progress to senior leadership.
  • Oversee marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective investment in growth and brand-building initiatives.
