Description Scope of Position: Oversees all marketing-related activities across ECI locations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand standards. This role drives strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to support business growth and uphold core values of People-First, Forward-Thinking, and Partnership. Supervisory Responsibilities: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact. Create and maintain clear creative/media briefs to guide all campaigns and ensure consistency with the overall business strategy. Lead the development of marketing assets across all channels, ensuring cohesive branding and messaging. Monitor and analyze marketing performance, using data-driven insights to assess effectiveness and optimize initiatives. Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing materials. Foster collaboration and alignment with internal teams and external partners to maximize campaign success. Demonstrate and promote core values in all marketing activities and team interactions. Requirements Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership Lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy across all lines of business to support growth and organizational objectives. Manage the marketing budget, resources, and team to ensure effective delivery of results. Brand, Market Positioning, and Client Experience Define and communicate the company’s brand, value proposition, and messaging across internal and external channels. Increase market awareness and strengthen brand reputation. Champions the client experience across all departments, touchpoints, and interaction points with clients and prospects to ensure a cohesive, “on-brand”, and positive experience for our clients and prospective clients. Conducts client satisfaction measurement and communicates results to executive management. Demand Generation and Sales Enablement Establishes qualified lead goals for products, segments, and lines of business, generates leads and monitors performance against goals, and adjusts plans accordingly. Ensures the Strategy-to-Win process is as efficient and effective as possible by leveraging tools and resources to streamline it and ensure we have a solid strategy to execute the work. Partners with Sales to align campaigns, messaging, and lead follow-up to drive revenue growth. Content, Digital, and Communications Oversee content strategy, digital marketing, social media, advertising, and promotional initiatives. Lead development of marketing assets, including websites, digital/email campaigns, events, and multimedia content. Market Intelligence and Analytics Conduct market, industry, and client research to support targeting, pipeline development, and opportunity evaluation. Measure and report on client satisfaction and marketing performance metrics. People Leadership / Cross-functional and External Engagement Develop and mentor marketing staff in partnership with Human Resources. Recognize and reward achievements while addressing performance issues. Represent the organization at industry, business, and community events. Represent Marketing on internal cross-functional project teams, staff meetings, and departments. Manage partners and freelancers. *Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Executive management to support departmental and organizational objectives. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.); or four (4) to ten (10) years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior leadership experience is required. Location: The individual in this position is expected to work at the company headquarters in Vandalia, Ohio, and typically be physically present there. Travel: May be required to travel, for example, to visit a remote office, deliver a customer presentation, visit a supplier, or attend a trade show or conference. The expected travel is 3-10 times per year, each time for 1-4 days. General Skills: Computer Skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, & Outlook; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and with presentation, page layout, and video/photo editing software. Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
