We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing department and drive the overall brand strategy. You will be responsible for building, executing, and monitoring marketing plans that increase brand awareness, expand market share, and boost revenue. Key responsibilities: Develop long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage and grow the brand across multiple channels (digital, offline, PR, events, etc.). Oversee advertising and communication campaigns, ensuring KPIs are met. Manage the marketing budget effectively. Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team. Analyze market data and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide goals. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Brand Management, PR, and Events. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. An MBA is a plus. Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
