Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead our brand strategy, customer acquisition, and retention efforts. This is a pivotal role where you will shape the voice of our company, expand our market presence, and drive revenue growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels (digital, social, influencer, content, email, and paid media).
  • Lead brand positioning and storytelling to strengthen our identity in the competitive beauty and skincare market.
  • Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Build and manage influencer and brand ambassador programs, particularly within the K-Beauty community.
  • Drive SEO, content marketing, and PR initiatives to boost organic visibility.
  • Implement CRM strategies for customer segmentation, personalization, and retention.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging beauty industry insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and measurable results.
