Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strategic Leadership

  • Refine and execute Draftable’s global marketing strategy, plans, and budget.
  • Define and deliver go-to-market strategy in collaboration with product and sales leadership.
  • Drive significant brand development initiatives targeting legal and corporate sectors.
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and playbooks to support sustained growth.
  • Shape the long-term roadmap for Draftable’s marketing function.
  • Launch Product marketing initiatives.

Marketing Excellence

  • Develop and articulate clear value propositions, differentiators, and messaging tailored to the legal market.
  • Partner with product and sales to deliver integrated campaigns, compelling sales collateral, and thought leadership content.
  • Oversee high-quality execution across digital channels (SEO, SEM, content, LinkedIn, web).
  • Lead events and public relations strategies to strengthen Draftable’s market position.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise marketing performance, reporting ROI across channels.
  • Coach, mentor, and grow the Draftable marketing team.

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B technology.
  • Demonstrated success leading and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments.
  • Deep go-to-market and product marketing expertise.
  • Strong command of digital, content, and demand marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency with modern marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Systems-driven approach to building scalable processes.
  • Outstanding leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm to use AI tools to achieve commercial goals and increase productivity.
