YOUR PROFILE

You enjoy working in a professionally managed SaaS scale-up and have fun working together to achieve success through your passion and commitment? You are dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing, and mastering new skills and channels?

We are looking forward to working with you in case you match the following criteria:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with experience in SaaS and/ or consulting. Background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Retail is a plus.
  • A passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. You should be curious, proactive, and always seeking new opportunities to drive growth and innovation in marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives and target market needs combined with a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to drive engagement and differentiation.
  • Ability to inspire the entire aioneers team and our future customers to become the next supply chain tech unicorn.
  • Experience in driving demand and lead generation campaigns, in managing an omnichannel marketing approach as well as in brand building and brand management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate, be persuasive and tailor communications to different stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing, experience with analytics and marketing KPIs.
  • Business fluent English and German.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Director (m/f/d) located in Germany to head our global Marketing Team (working hybridly from home, from the office or a co-working space). You are experienced in defining a SaaS product marketing strategy and in bringing it to life in order to convince our target groups of our innovative product portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, planning and executing a comprehensive marketing & growth strategy for our SaaS business aligned with the company’s goals and target market.
  • Defining our branding strategy and ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence across all communication channels. This involves developing brand guidelines, overseeing brand messaging, and maintaining brand integrity in all marketing communications.
  • Planning, overseeing and executing lead generation activities including content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, events, webinars, and target-group specific campaigns.
  • Ensuring the execution of the marketing strategy by guiding our marketing team. Building a high-performing marketing team through hiring, talent development, goal setting, guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture within the department.
  • Managing relationships with agencies and freelancers.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as sales, product, customer success, and finance to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the Supply Chain Management space.
