KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Masters degree in business, marketing, or food related discipline
  • Extensive relevant FMCG marketing and branding experience (preferably FMCG sector), managing budgets of €10m+
  • Experience of partnering with Sales customers to drive growth
  • An energised and passionate believer in brands and their potential to unlock value for the business and customers
  • A proven leader with a demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing teams which drive growth in sales and market share
  • A demonstrable understanding of the grocery retail, consumer and media markets, with an innate understanding of integrated brand communication.
  • Experience managing external creative agencies in development and execution of television, media and shopper programs
  • Excellent commercial acumen with P&L understanding and experience; able to provide strategic input to the wider business
  • Capable of initiating and driving change and the behaviours that support same
  • Outstanding communication (in both German & English ) and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build value-adding relationships, both internally and externally
