MARKETING DIRECTOR – SKILLED NURSING FACILITY – FULL-TIME

Join a dynamic and mission-driven marketing team at a skilled nursing facility. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director with a strong background in healthcare marketing, census development, and business growth within the senior care industry. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, strategic, and committed to growing census through referral generation, outreach, and community engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of marketing experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) – 3 years preferred
  • Proven track record of success in healthcare sales and census growth
  • Strong knowledge of senior living and post-acute care services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems (Yardi preferred)
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills

Responsibilities
  • Drive census growth and increase revenue through strategic marketing and business development
  • Lead face-to-face marketing efforts, external sales calls, and relationship building with referral sources
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to execute marketing initiatives aligned with company goals
  • Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to align census goals with care services
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, referral data, and competitor activity
  • Support outside business development representatives and ensure performance accountability
  • Track and report KPIs including calls, referrals, conversions, and tours
  • Represent facility services accurately to potential residents and families
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines
  • Organize and participate in community outreach and events
  • Attend required trainings and continue professional development
