REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in managing internationally well-known brands.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, branding, and lead generation.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
  • Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays is a must.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Drive the brand’s positioning, voice, and messaging to ensure brand consistency and enhanced recognition.
  • Conduct thorough market research to do market analysis to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead the design and execution of innovative, high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and other department to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and growth.
  • Analyse marketing data and metrics to track performance, measure ROI, and optimize future campaigns analysis to identify new trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning, using data to inform decision-making and uncover new opportunities for growth.
  • Responsible the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving maximum impact with available funds.
  • Develop long-term plans to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market penetration.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Review customer insights and preferences to identify the marketing strategies for media assets.
