Position Overview
The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, managing brand identity, and driving customer engagement across digital and traditional platforms. This role requires a strong background in hospitality marketing and a hands-on approach to creative execution and digital management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Consistency:
  • Develop, refine, and oversee brand identity for each restaurant.
  • Maintain restaurant media messages consistently across all platforms.
  • Ensure logos, graphics, and content align with each brand’s voice and vision.
  • Digital & Web Management:
  • Manage and update restaurant websites (Squarespace proficiency required).
  • Design and maintain skill-level logos and graphics.
  • Optimize online presence across TripAdvisor, Yelp, and Google My Business.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews to enhance reputation.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Oversee all social media channels, ensuring a cohesive message and tone.
  • Develop content strategy and maintain posting schedules.
  • Create, manage, and analyze campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Stay ahead of trends, and be aware of opportunities in the digital landscape.
  • Creative & Design:
  • Produce engaging visual content for campaigns, menus, promotions, and events.
  • Coordinate printing and vendor relationships.
  • Email & Direct Marketing:
  • Design and execute Mailchimp campaigns for customer engagement, promotions, and events.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for effectiveness.
  • Teamwork & Mindset:
  • Approach each day with enthusiasm and a positive outlook.
  • Be aware of your surroundings, customer feedback, and industry trends to adapt quickly.
  • Collaborate with leadership and restaurant teams to support overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or F&B marketing.
  • Strong background in branding, digital marketing, and creative direction.
  • Proficiency in Squarespace, graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of TripAdvisor, Yelp, Google My Business, and reputation management tools.
  • Demonstrated success in social media management, content creation, and campaign scheduling.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
