Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a bold, data-driven marketing strategy to strengthen our brand, expand market share, and drive customer acquisition and retention across our event portfolio. You will lead a small but dynamic marketing team and work closely with our operations, sales, and partnerships teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy that drives growth and brand visibility
  • Oversee digital marketing, including social media, content, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns
  • Lead brand positioning and storytelling to highlight Nirvana Europe’s unique value proposition
  • Manage and optimise marketing budgets, tracking ROI across campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with event organisers, partners, and media outlets
  • Champion data-led decision-making to refine marketing activities and customer targeting
  • Build, mentor and develop the marketing team to deliver high-quality, creative campaigns
