As we continue to grow, our marketing team plays a huge role in our success from helping clinics stay busy to recruiting amazing owner dentists and supporting new franchise owners. Why You'll Love This Role This isn't a position where you'll be doing the same thing every day. One day you may be launching a Google Ads campaign for a new clinic. The next you might be creating recruitment campaigns for dentists, analyzing website data, designing marketing materials, filming AI generated videos, building landing pages, or brainstorming the next big marketing initiative with leadership. What You'll Be Doing You'll oversee and manage a wide variety of marketing initiatives, including: Digital Marketing Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns Monitor conversions, cost per lead, and campaign performance Build and improve landing pages Analyze website traffic and marketing analytics Improve SEO across multiple websites Website Management Maintain and update WordPress websites Create new landing pages Update clinic information, provider bios, and marketing content Monitor website performance, forms, and user experience Creative Marketing Design flyers, advertisements, and promotional materials in Canva Create recruitment marketing campaigns Produce newsletters and email marketing campaigns Develop educational marketing content Create AI-generated videos using modern marketing tools Recruitment Marketing Build direct mail campaigns for dentist recruitment Manage incoming dentist leads Coordinate follow up campaigns through email, phone, and text Maintain CRM pipelines and marketing automations Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance Review CallRail recordings and marketing data Analyze Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and visitor behavior Present monthly marketing reports and recommendations Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI Brand Growth Support new clinic openings Assist franchise marketing initiatives Create marketing assets for multiple departments Help develop new marketing strategies as the company continues to grow What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who is: Creative and enjoys bringing new ideas to life Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once Comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership Analytical and enjoys using data to improve results Detail oriented with excellent communication skills Excited by learning new marketing tools and technology Passionate about helping a growing company succeed Preferred Experience Five or more years of relevant marketing experience is preferred. Experience with some (or all) of the following is a plus: Google Ads WordPress SEO Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Canva Mailchimp CallRail Microsoft Clarity CRM platforms (Pipedrive preferred) AI marketing tools such as HeyGen or Arcads Compensation and Schedule: Compensation Range: $30-$35 per hour (Hourly) Schedule: Full time Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Join Our Team We're looking for someone who wants more than just another marketing job.
