Rentokil Initial is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director, Pacific to join our team in Sydney, Australia. This executive role is critical in leading the Pacific Marketing function to deliver continuous growth of sales and profitability for the entire Pacific business. As a key member of the Pacific Executive Leadership Team , your mission will be to "enable sales" by acting as a strategic Business Partner to the Sales teams. You will report directly to the Managing Director, Pacific. We are seeking a highly proactive and enthusiastic individual with a demonstrated commercial hunger to excel in a Director role, bringing deep experience in both B2B and B2C markets, and possessing a profound knowledge of and passion for digital marketing to drive continuous sales and profitability growth. Key Responsibilities Your main challenges and responsibilities will include: Strategic Planning: Identifying and delivering a comprehensive Pacific Marketing Plan, including "where to play," innovation pipeline, and digital strategies. Team Leadership: Leading, coaching, and motivating a multi-disciplined Marketing Team to maximise its potential and aggressively deliver results. Growth & Profitability: Leading strategies to drive continuous growth of online channels (Lead Generation) and significantly contributing to the Pricing Strategy to ensure optimal profitability. Innovation: Being responsible for the New Product Development process and leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated innovation deployment plans. Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as a conduit for market and customer needs and actively engaging with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.) to deliver priority projects. Budget Management: Managing and monitoring marketing resources, including Advertising budgets, to ensure actions and spend are optimised for effectiveness and quality. What You Will Bring (Essential Requirements) To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience: 8+ years of Marketing experience. 3+ years of Management experience. Education: Degree qualified (Business, Marketing, or similar). Competencies: Display Leadership: Ability to gain the 'hearts and minds' of others and develop confidence and influence across the team and wider business. Deliver Results: Sets high standards, manages key milestones, and thinks ahead (12-24 months) to initiate changes. Act Commercially: Gathers and makes sense of disparate business inputs and targets actions to maximise business benefit.
