Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a leadership role.

Develop and validate with the General Manager a country marketing strategy that aligns with the overall strategic plan, taking into consideration the portfolio, distribution channels, and rationalization. Ensure the consistency of the marketing plan with the defined strategy and the capacity of central supply. Share the marketing plan at the regional level.

Manage and control the set-up of country marketing and digital plans, including launches, budget allocation (A&P budget), and procurement vision. Monitor the adherence of clients and, if applicable, distributors to the marketing plan through regular site visits. Ensure the preservation of brand image in marketing, merchandising, and communication tools.

Conduct market surveys to gather information about competitors’ prices, product portfolios, sales forces, and local investments. Collaborate with the regional marketing team to analyze market trends and make informed decisions regarding product selection, pricing, distribution channels, and communication strategies. Provide guidance to distributors on product selection, pricing, and marketing activities to drive growth and profitability. Conduct regular customer visits to gain insights into their needs.

Promote and ensure the regular usage of global digital, marketing, merchandising, and medical tools by the local marketing teams. If applicable, support distributors/partners in adopting and utilizing these tools effectively. Collect feedback on tool usage to drive continuous improvement.

Collect and share best practices with the regional marketing team and facilitate the adoption of successful practices in other countries through dedicated meetings.

Collect and share information related to country-specific marketing activities, including campaign feedback, launch effectiveness, competition trends, and local insights, with the regional marketing team. For export markets, gather and share relevant information with the regional marketing team.
7.
Manage the organization of congresses, scientific events, press conferences, symposiums, conferences, and other country events. Define the marketing event budget and oversee booth management. Attend regional and global events upon request.
8.
Provide guidance and development opportunities to the marketing team members. Coordinate actions, keep team members informed, and ensure the team structure aligns with business needs. Assess team members’ potential, develop their skills, set objectives, conduct performance assessments, and facilitate training and career development in collaboration with the appropriate stakeholders.
