Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The purpose of this role is to lead the marketing and communications function in the execution of both external marketing strategies and internal communication plans. The role ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels, aligning marketing efforts with organisational goals and fostering a positive internal culture. The role is a blend of tactical response and long-term strategy. A valued member of and partner to the executive leadership team, this role drives new and innovative solutions to facilitate continued growth and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall responsibility for the marketing team within RKS, internal communications media within RKS and for the business specific marketing strategy, plans, projects and campaigns
Identify and oversee implementation of marketing initiatives through execution of campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR.
Support development of value propositions for campaigns, bids and proposals.
Increase awareness of the organisation by setting and managing social media/digital communication strategy to build awareness, engagement and community.
