Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for one skilled Marketing Director to join our social agency!
This is a hybrid leadership + execution role. You’ll oversee client delivery (managing Account Managers + creative workflows), own a portfolio of client accounts, and guide our media buying team. You’ll report directly to the CEO, acting as the bridge between strategy and execution. Basically, we’re looking for a unicorn.
The perfect candidate has been around the block on social. If you can navigate Meta Business Suite in your sleep and recite the latest TikTok trending audios at the drop of a hat… We’d love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage and mentor Account Managers + support team
  • Oversee client delivery processes, onboarding, reporting, and capacity planning
  • Take client escalations off the CEO’s plate
  • Create and refine SOPs for account management and media workflows
  • Guide overall paid media strategy across clients
  • Support current buyers with creative testing frameworks + scaling strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes and optimize accordingly
  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts
  • Collaborate with creative + sales teams to evolve our offers/packages
  • Contribute to overall agency vision as the CEO’s righthand
