As our marketing leader, you will be responsible for leading the team and the day-to-day marketing efforts of SF Ben, including owning email, social, events, and our own marketing campaigns. Salesforce Ben is a bootstrapped company with over 35 employees located around Europe, and an office based in Shoreditch, London. As we have no investors, we focus on sustainable, long-lasting growth and company fundamentals, ensuring the well-being and professional growth of our employees. Salary £70,000-£80,000 Responsibilities Marketing Strategy: Develop, articulate, and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for SFB and its sister companies, NowBen and LabClub, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and growth objectives. Marketing Campaigns: Translate strategic vision into actionable marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives that drive reader acquisition, engagement, and retention. SFB Day-to-Day: Execute and optimise our day-to-day running of the business, including sending email campaigns, and social media content. Salesforce Events: Support the Events Leader in growing the events business, ensuring each event has a proper marketing campaign attached to reach required goals. Website: Work alongside our Platform Owner to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and drives continuous audience growth. Data and Analytics: Establish and lead a data-driven marketing team by defining KPIs, measuring campaign performance, and continuously optimizing initiatives based on insights. Lead the Marketing Team: Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists, ensuring clear goal-setting, performance evaluation, and professional development. Establish Cross-Team Partnerships: Work with the Content, Sales and Services Delivery teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with SFB’s North Stars. SFB’s Brand: Manage the company's brand image, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and visual identity across all marketing channels. Marketing Technology: Oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing technology tools (including Hubspot and Parse.ly) to enhance marketing efficiency. The ideal candidate must have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5+ years experience leading a marketing team. Proven track record of developing, managing and executing marketing campaigns across B2B companies. Experience with analytical tools and a track-record of making data-driven decisions. Good relationship-building skills, with the ability to liaise effectively both internally and externally. Strong organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop marketing professionals. An excellent understanding of media KPIs, and mentoring a team to reach these goals. Quarterly bonus. Vitality health insurance.
