OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and creative Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team!
The Director of Marketing reports directly to CEO and is responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical expertise, creativity, and leadership skills to manage a dynamic marketing team. They will oversee all marketing and education initiatives, including digital marketing, brand strategy, campaign execution, content creation, and events. This role also involves cross-functional collaboration to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Periodic travel may be required for industry events, strategy meetings, or campaign execution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Prior experience working in companies running on EOS.
