WE’RE HIRING: MARKETING DIRECTOR

Salary Range - Based + Commission: $75,000 - $125,000
Spartan Floor Coatings is on a growth trajectory — and we’re searching for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Director to take ownership of our brand presence, lead generation, and marketing performance.
In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of marketing — from digital and print to creative direction. You’ll lead the charge in scaling our paid campaigns, optimizing lead funnels, creating compelling messaging, and supporting franchise growth across the U.S.

• Oversee and manage all marketing channels, including:
• Digital Advertising (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, TikTok)
• Print Campaigns & Mailers
• Social Media & Email Marketing
• Local Market Promotions across franchise territories
• Direct the creation and execution of marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, postcards, brand templates, etc.)
• Lead SEO strategy and organic content development to improve search rankings and visibility
• Write and refine ad copy, landing page content, and email sequences
• Collaborate with videographers and designers to guide creative direction of media assets used in campaigns
• Monitor, measure, and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
• Support franchisees with localized marketing strategies and tools
