We are currently looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to join our team as Marketing Director Surgical DACH (m/f/d) in Freiburg im Breisgau. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, driving business growth, and ensuring strong brand positioning within the Surgical segment. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Set, monitor, and report on team goals to ensure we achieve our marketing objectives.
  • Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to effectively promote our products or services.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels, including events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas to tailor our marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand our market share.
  • Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans to build a high-performing marketing team.
  • Monitor competition, including acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products or features, to stay ahead in the market.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives, aligning marketing strategies with overall business goals.
