The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.
We are looking for a Marketing Director on a FTC for 15 months to cover Maternity leave
As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, driving customer engagement, and ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in promoting our fresh handmade sushi products across various channels, including in-store kiosks, restaurants, home delivery, and prepacked sushi. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, retail partners, and stakeholders to achieve our business goals.

a. Oversee brand development, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
b. Manage content creation, graphic design, and creative assets for campaigns.
c. Elevate brand perception and awareness through innovative storytelling.
4. Digital Marketing and Social Media:
a. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
b. Optimise digital channels for customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
c. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
5. Customer Relations and Partner Alignment:
a. Collaborate with retail partners to align marketing efforts with their goals and priorities.
b. Foster strong relationships with end consumers, addressing feedback and enhancing customer satisfaction.
