Description:
Florence London is a growing, modern and fast-paced jewellery company, founded in 2013 by Rosie Florence. We are looking for a capable, productive and motivated person to work in our HQ in Bucklebury, West Berkshire. You will be working directly under the founder on all things digital marketing plus shows and events. This is a full time contract, fully office based.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

- 4 years+ of experience in multichannel marketing management [critical]
- 2 years + of ecommerce marketing management [critical]
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a similar discipline [preferred]
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions [critical]
- Experience in Shopify (and its third-party apps) & Klaviyo or similar platforms [critical]
- Copy writing [critical]
- Experience using Etsy and NOTHS dashboards [preferred]
- Experience delivering social media strategies on Instagram, Facebook & TikTok [critical]
- Strong commercial experience in ecommerce [critical]
- The ability to analyse and manage content for SEO and SEM [critical]
- Experience of using Google Analytics to drive business forward [critical]
- Highly creative with campaign ideation [preferred]
- Experience planning and executing B2C shows and events [critical]
- Experience managing budgets [critical]
- Fully competent with Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Google Drive, Google Analytics, Google Mail, Meta Business suit [critical]
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills [preferred]
- Experience of an affiliate platform such as Awin [preferred]
- Highly motivated with an ‘all hands-on deck’ attitude to build the business no matter the circumstances. [critical]
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy for our online store, market places, shows and events.
- Maximise online sales through increasing conversion rates, site traffic and ATV.
- Website & Content Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the website, ensuring its efficiency and functionality on Shopify, ETSY, NOTHS and any future platforms.
- Design and implement our SEO strategy. Listings across all platforms must be expertly executed.
- Plan and deliver pop ups and events across the UK.
- Execute campaign shoots, catalogue shoots and in house shoots & create content relevant for all necessary channels, websites, print work.
- Maintain the integrity of the brand image and consistency of voice across multiple channels.
- Launch new products, categories, and campaigns.
- Influencer, blogger and ambassador acquisition and management including the facilitation of gifting campaigns.
- Launch and drive promotions and competitions in line with ASA regulations.
- Reach out to trade and consumer press throughout the year, building press lists and a rapport with editors via gifting and news sharing.
- Manage social media budgets and develop the macro strategy.
- Manage Meta & Google Ads accounts
- Planning and executing the email strategy and campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Manage marking calendars.
- Reporting, forecasting and analysing performance with management.
- Manage our affiliate program on AWIN.
- Create and edit images, videos and copy.
- Manage bi-weekly email campaigns, flows, segments and customer aquisition on Klaviyo.
