• E-Commerce Pro: You have 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in startups or high-growth companies.
• Digital Advertising Guru: Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with strong results.
• Data-Driven Thinker: You love diving into analytics and using insights to improve performance.
• Team Player & Leader: You know how to manage contractors and agencies effectively while collaborating with internal teams.

You’ll be our go-to e-commerce expert, driving initiatives to grow our online store and optimize every aspect of the customer journey. Working closely with our co-founder, you’ll take the reins of our e-commerce strategy while managing and collaborating with contractors and agencies to deliver exceptional results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advertising Management: Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms, ensuring we get the best ROI.
• Email Marketing: Oversee email campaigns, including crafting strategies, coordinating with agencies/contractors, and driving results for customer retention and acquisition.
• Public Relations & Brand Awareness: Collaborate with the co-founder and external agencies to develop and execute PR strategies that increase Atome Bakery’s visibility in key markets. Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to secure features, collaborations, and buzz-worthy coverage.
• Website Optimization: Own and improve our website conversion rate by analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive more sales.
• Team & Vendor Management: Hire, manage, and coordinate with contractors or agencies to handle specific tasks like email marketing, design, SEO, and paid media.
• Data-Driven Growth: Analyze e-commerce data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Report regularly on performance and propose actionable insights.
• Customer Journey Ownership: Ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience across all touchpoints, from landing pages to checkout, and customer portal.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with our team & agencies to bring exciting campaigns to life while ensuring alignment with our brand voice and values.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Atome Bakery stays ahead of the curve.
