OVERVIEW

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to join us on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This role is ideal for an experienced marketer with a strong grasp of e-commerce who thrives on driving performance and delivering results. You will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing plans that acquire and retain customers while optimising every stage of the customer journey to maximise value. From digital campaigns and CRM to trading performance and journey personalisation, you’ll oversee the full spectrum of marketing and e-commerce activity. Working closely with a Marketing & E-Commerce Executive, you will take ownership of strategy while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop marketing and ecommerce activity
  • Manage Marketing & E-commerce Executive and external agencies and freelancers supporting on PPC, SEO, Copywriting, Artwork, Social & Content Creation
  • Email planning and creation, continuously test and learn, implementing best practices - experience in Klayvio would be highly beneficial
  • Manage print advertising output, updating artwork monthly using Adobe Photoshop
  • Collaborate, contribute and lead marketing and ecommerce initiatives and projects that will help Just Fabrics achieve its goals
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management from planning, creation, and delivery
  • Proactively review and monitor campaign performance and put forward recommendations for improvements
  • Drive marketing and ecommerce performance measurement
  • Oversee all marketing channels including social media, email, print advertising, direct mail
  • Oversee customer acquisition, SEO, SEM, PPC, as well as all e-commerce operations including site merchandise, on-site search, UX development and analytics, experience in Shopify would be highly beneficial
  • Undertake research, insight, and analysis to achieve a full understanding of customers and their needs to inform strategy development
  • Manage marketing budget
  • Report back to senior management team on marketing and ecommerce developments
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
