We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Marketing eCommerce Specialist within our Brighton Support Office on a full time basis.

Responsibilities
  • Daily/weekly operation and improvement of 2 x Mattel online store (Shopify Plus)and 1 x Retailors website (Squarespace) including design, performance, and merchandising changes to ensure Ultimate Customer Experience resulting in improved conversion performance and maximum customer NPS.
  • Development and execution of marketing plan that drives traffic, captures subscribers, grow membership subscriptions and ensures maximum conversion performance resulting in achievement of sales budget.
  • Management of marketing expenses aligned with agreed budget ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Develop and manage relationships of key third party stakeholders including Mattel, License Suppliers, and third part partners Impressive, Prosper, Shopify and app suppliers to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Complete reporting of KPI’s and other key reports as per agreed cadence.
  • Develop and manage customer flows in Klavio and Okendo including automated flows and once off campaigns that increases engagement, conversion and ultimately sales.
  • Provide marketing support to Samsung stores in a timely manner and aligned with promotional and marketing calendar.
