  • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and iterating quickly.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Email Specialist to own our email campaigns from concept to execution. You’ll craft engaging copy, design structured campaigns, and optimize performance to drive measurable business results. This role requires a blend of storytelling, analytical thinking, and strategic execution, with the freedom to test, iterate, and scale what works.
You’ll work closely with the Product Manager, Ops Manager, and CEO, while also taking initiative to shape the overall email marketing strategy. If you love combining creativity with performance insights, this is the role for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, write, and schedule high-performing email campaigns for different customer segments (new leads, active users, dormant customers).
  • Track and analyse key metrics — open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates — to continuously optimize results.
  • Propose and implement weekly strategy shifts based on performance insights.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to align visuals, copy, and messaging with business goals.
  • Build and maintain automated email sequences for onboarding, re-engagement, retention, and lifecycle journeys. Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and timing to maximize impact.
    Ensure strong deliverability, accurate segmentation, and compliance with best practices.
