PURPOSE

The Marketing Engagement Lead (MEL) is the senior point of contact for client accounts at Crisp. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution, high-quality delivery, and consistent results across mid- to large-tier clients. Acting as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on leader, the MEL connects client goals with the right team, resources, and processes—bringing clarity, momentum, and accountability to every engagement.
While not positioned as a CMO, the MEL provides senior-level oversight and strategic guidance, serving as a trusted partner who ensures alignment, operational efficiency, and measurable impact across all marketing activities.
The MEL works closely with Crisp’s CEO and General Manager and will receive coaching and support as they grow into and through this role for the best client outcomes.

Location: Vancouver, BC.

• Two days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) at our office located at 877 E Hastings in Vancouver
• Three days at home (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays)

Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 + incentive
