Description

FARNBOROUGH

We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing and Engagement Manager to bring energy, creativity, and connection to our business park community. This is a unique opportunity to shape the occupier experience, deliver engaging events, and help position the business park as a thriving hub for business.
This is a chance to take ownership of a varied, creative role where no two days are the same. As Marketing and Engagement Manager you will be the key point of contact for our occupiers, clients, and stakeholders. You’ll lead a programme of events, activities, and initiatives to create a vibrant community, while also supporting the landlord and leasing agents to promote the park.
If you’re a confident communicator and self-starter, with a flair for events and engagement, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary - £26,200
Hours – 9.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Thursday

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

We’re looking for someone who is personable, creative, and highly organised, with a passion for building communities and delivering memorable experiences.

You will bring:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (ideally in events, marketing, sales, or property).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office, Canva (or similar design tools), and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • A proactive, flexible approach with great attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of commercial property is an advantage, but not essential.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering a calendar of seasonal events, workshops, food trucks, and pop-up activities.
  • Creating and managing promotional campaigns, social media content, monthly newsletters, and marketing material.
  • Monitor uptake and report participation and feedback. You will seek input from occupiers/key stakeholders for future events and activities.
  • Building relationships with occupiers, suppliers, and local networks, ensuring excellent communication and engagement.
  • Establish a good working relationship with the letting agents and assist with the viewing journey.
  • Liaise with the on-site café and other amenities to coordinate events and workshops.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring all activities are compliant with GDPR and health & safety requirements.
  • Provide monthly reports on all site activity, including occupier feedback.
