Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about blending marketing, technology, and automation to drive business growth? As a Marketing Engineer (GTM & Automation) at Vaadin, you’ll play a critical role in scaling lead generation, optimizing outreach, and leveraging automation to fuel our go-to-market (GTM) efforts. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, sales teams, content creators, and developer advocates to implement AI-driven automation, lead scoring models, and build outbound campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with AI-driven automation, analyzing data to optimize customer acquisition, and building scalable workflows that improve marketing and sales efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage & automate B2B marketing campaigns – Own inbound and outbound campaign execution, optimizing lead generation and nurturing workflows.
  • Implement & optimize lead scoring – Leverage product usage data and automation to identify and prioritize high-value prospects.
  • Build & integrate marketing automation workflows – Develop seamless data connections between HubSpot, Clay.io, Zapier, and other AI/ML-driven platforms.
  • Analyze and leverage product usage data - Enhance lead qualification and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Seek feedback to optimize campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and refine messaging.
