JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Marketing & Event Assistant to support marketing initiatives and coordinate events across Texas and Oklahoma, assisting with graphic design, website updates, event management, and social media coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, experience with design tools, and effective communication, offering a dynamic environment where creativity and ideas influence customer engagement and brand growth. E-Source Miller is one of the largest manufacturer rep groups for foodservice equipment in the nation.

SKILLS

• Proficient in digital marketing techniques including B2B marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics for measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Experience with copywriting for various formats including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Excellent research skills to gather insights on target audiences and market trends.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• A team player with a “can-do” attitude who fits our customer-first culture.
• Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, MS Office)
• Comfort with website content editing tools
• Creative eye for marketing and event promotion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Support Marketing Manager and Sales Coordinator as needed
• Support marketing efforts for E-Source Miller and its companies
• Coordinate and produce all social media
• Create and manage marketing cases in REV (Salesforce) and maintain the Marketing Dashboard
• Provide graphic design support for: Invitations, events, and promotional materials & Digital signage, business cards, and other graphics
• Assist with website content updates
• Manage event RSVP’s
• Coordinate equipment demo schedules for the outside sales team
• Coordinate literature inventory and distribution
• Coordinate the ESM Newsletter
• Coordinate company programs, including: ESM “Rock Star” Awards and Food-On-Tables Program
• Collaborate as an active member of the Experience Team. The Experience Team produces all events from inception to execution.
• Assist the Experience Team in all aspects of events while working in our Culinary Center.
