Responsibilities

You’ll help bring our brand to life – internally and externally
As our Marketing & Event Coordinator you’ll support in bringing our brand as a leading renewable energy trader and great place to work to life, both internally as well as externally towards customers, industry stakeholders, and future employees. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing marketing efforts – both for customer and employer branding fairs, company events, sponsorships and employer branding campaigns, supporting with everything from content creation, copywriting, campaign planning and execution, and various digital marketing activities.

Your primary responsibilities as Marketing & Event Coordinator will include:

  • Shaping, planning and coordinating customer fairs and events with our origination teams across locations. This includes ensuring strategic fit, identifying and managing approach and coordination requirements, creating and implementing marketing materials, supporting in establishing contacts, developing schedules, arranging speaker slots and managing attendance.
  • Supporting the concept shaping, content creation and implementation of employer branding campaigns and events in collaboration with the Marketing and Strategy team as well as HR. This includes both internal company events and external career events and campaigns.
  • Ensuring a strategic and tactical approach to marketing and branding events. This includes monitoring budgets and performance by comparing and analysing results with plans and forecasts, thus supporting onward decision-making on marketing and event investments.
  • Supporting the Marketing team with ongoing copywriting and content development for marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, our corporate website and SharePoint.

This position is based out of our Danish headquarter in Aalborg, however, flexibility to travel for events and meetings is required, and adaptability to changing workloads during busy periods is a must.
