As DJ KSIVZ continues to grow, we’re looking for a partner to help amplify that vision, expand audience reach, and activate new opportunities through marketing, outreach, and live events.
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Marketing Partner at DJ KSIVZ LLC based in Louisville, KY. The Marketing Partner will be responsible for supporting brand growth through marketing strategy, social media content, outreach, and event promotion. The role begins as a stipend-based position with potential to grow into a larger paid role as the brand expands.

Responsibilities

  • Keep me accountable to consistent marketing & branding goals
  • Assist with social media strategy & content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Research and reach out to venues, promoters, and event organizers to secure gigs
  • Provide fresh creative ideas for growth & audience engagement
  • Track progress and help set weekly/monthly marketing goals

Requirements

  • Strong communicator (not afraid to follow up with venues/promoters)
  • Familiar with social media platforms and marketing trends
  • Comfortable with outreach (email, DM, calls)
  • Creative, motivated, and willing to challenge me outside my comfort zone
  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe) a plus

Compensation

  • $100–$200/month stipend (approx. 5–7 hours/week)
  • Bonuses for securing new event bookings ($50–$100 per confirmed gig)
  • Opportunity to transition into a larger paid role as the brand grows

IMPORTANT NOTE

This is an entry-level, part-time stipend role (5–7 hours per week). It’s best suited for someone looking to gain experience in music/entertainment marketing and grow with the brand over time. If you’re seeking a full-time salaried marketing position, this may not be the right fit.
