The events coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing an exciting range of in person, digital, and hybrid events that support Dun & Bradstreet’s UK marketing and branding efforts. Event types could include trade shows, conferences, breakfast briefings, dinner events, webinars and roundtables. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams to ensure events align with marketing strategies and achieve targeted goals, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. The role will report into senior supervisor, marketing.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years’ experience in events coordinator role for a B2B organization or relevant degree
- Experience in developing sales messaging and campaigns preferred
- Experience of executing emails using a Marketing Automation system (Marketo) would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work across multiple teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and analytical skills
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills essential
