We are looking for a MARKETING EVENT COORDINATOR to strengthen our ambitious marketing team in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will work with the leading telematics solutions provider in the world and master your B2B marketing skills. Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry. At Teltonika, you will work on global-scale events, contribute to building world-class experiences for our partners and clients, and grow professionally in an international and dynamic environment. In this role, you will: Plan and coordinate the company's participation in international exhibitions and industry events around the world Organise Teltonika-owned partner and client events (summits, workshops) in Lithuania and abroad Prepare annual event plans and help prioritise events based on commercial objectives Manage events from planning to execution, including logistics, travel coordination, documentation, scheduling, and supplier management Collaborate with regional office administrators regarding local suppliers and services Plan and oversee event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost efficiency Coordinate event communication together with the Marketing team Collect and analyse event results (NPS, participant data, commercial results) and prepare improvement recommendations Collaborate closely with marketing, design, sales and regional teams What we expect of you: Good English language skills (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language. At least 1 year of event organisation experience. Experience in event organisation or project management (international event experience – an advantage) Organized, results-oriented and challenge-driven personality. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events preparations simultaneously Strong organisational and planning skills. Proactive, responsible and solution‑oriented mindset.
