NOTE- THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION FOR 3 MONTHS

Willow Park Wines & Spirits is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team on a temporary basis to support the planning and execution of our annual Charity Wine Auction. This event is a cornerstone of our community engagement, and we are looking for someone who can ensure its success while also assisting with day-to-day marketing initiatives. This is a fully on-site role, requiring hands-on involvement and collaboration with our team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience in event coordination, project management, or marketing support.
  • Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy and precision are non-negotiable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Flexible and highly adaptable to change, able to pivot quickly when plans shift.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to plan and execute the Charity Wine Auction, including logistics, vendor coordination, guest management, and event-day support.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and task lists to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Manage event communications, including invitations, confirmations, follow-ups, and acknowledgements.
  • Provide support for marketing projects, such as campaign coordination, content scheduling, and collateral development.
  • Track and report on event and campaign progress, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
  • Liaise with partners, sponsors, and internal teams with a professional and polished approach.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining contact lists, drafting communications, and updating project trackers.
