We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Events Assistant to support live marketing events, promotional campaigns, and fundraising initiatives. As a Marketing Events Assistant, you'll represent our clients at community events, engage with attendees, support on-site event activities, and help create memorable brand experiences that drive awareness and support. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of live marketing events and fundraising campaigns. Engage with event attendees to promote client brands, products, services, or charitable initiatives. Build positive relationships with customers, donors, and community members through face-to-face interactions. Distribute promotional materials and communicate campaign messaging clearly and professionally. Welcome guests and provide information about client campaigns and initiatives. Help achieve campaign goals related to brand awareness, customer acquisition, and fundraising. Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive and engaging event experience. Maintain a professional appearance and represent clients with enthusiasm and integrity. Track event activities and provide feedback to management following campaigns. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills. Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Organized, dependable, and eager to learn. Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends. No prior experience required—paid training is provided. Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or volunteer work. Interest in marketing, communications, fundraising, or public relations.
