QUALIFICATIONS
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language at grade C/4 or above
- A Marketing or other related degree is desirable
KNOWLEDGE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) is essential
- Proficiency in Adobe software packages would be advantageous but is not essential
- An understanding of current marketing trends
- An understanding of our services and the construction industry is desirable
SKILLS
- Professional dedication and a positive attitude towards work
- Good photography and video skills
- Flexibility in handling tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent organisational skills with a good eye for detail
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and environments

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
calfordseaden is looking for a Marketing and Events Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. In this close-knit environment, you will play a key role in effectively marketing our services. You will collaborate with colleagues from all six offices and be encouraged to deepen your understanding of our business.
In addition to general marketing responsibilities, you will utilise your photography and video skills to create engaging digital content for various platforms, enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for organising events that align with our marketing strategy and company objectives. Key tasks will include managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing. Experience in digital marketing is essential. Join us and make a meaningful impact!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Working with the Marketing team to identify and plan effective marketing campaigns
- Assisting with the monitoring and updating of our social media channels
- Creating digital content for various platforms
- Design and production of client newsletters and internal news bulletins
- Arranging promotional events, including client entertainment, conference attendance, and exhibition
- Assisting with the content and production of award entries
- Helping to drive online traffic with web-related marketing campaigns
- Assisting with the maintenance of the company website and intranet pages.
