Join our fabulous team in Sales at Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa as a Marketing & Events Coordinator

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Previous hotel experience, while not essential, is highly desirable. This role would ideally suit someone transitioning from an operational role into a more office-based or administrative position, where their hands-on experience in hotel operations will be a significant asset.
Experience with creating advertising campaigns and other marketing collateral
Understanding of marketing principals and strategies
Communication and Interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Marketing Software and Tools eg. CRM, Email Marketing and Social Media Management
Understanding of digital marketing channels
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate hotel show arounds, site inspections and new and perspective client meetings
Coordinate and manage event planning for Weddings, Meetings, Occasions and Gala Dinners & Events from end to end including issuing contracts and taking payment details and post event follow up
Create and distribute function sheets for events taking place in the hotel
Assist in the creation and implementation of compelling advertising, marketing campaigns and social media content to promote the Hotel, Food & Beverage Outlets , the Spa and Events
Plan, monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Ensure website and other outlets are updated with current offers
