JOB DESCRIPTION

Baxter Media seeks a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team. This person will play a pivotal role in assisting Baxter Media’s sales and events management teams, providing broad administrative support, executing in-house and client driven webinars, managing classified sales, assisting with events and a handful of special projects balanced with some core administrative functions. This is a hybrid (remote/in-person) role with 2-3 days per week working from the Baxter Media office in Toronto.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience hosting and moderating live webinars is an asset
  • Strong webinar application platform skills
  • Sales and marketing experience is preferred
  • Event coordination experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated administrative and communication skills
  • Proficiency with design programs like Canva, Adobe InDesign or other
  • Proficiency with email programs like Mailchimp is an asset
  • Self-starter, accountable for setting and meeting goals
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in scheduling and posting on social media
  • Service-oriented, friendly, entrepreneurial, and committed to personal and organizational excellence
