POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing & Events Coordinator supports Granby Ranch’s events and marketing efforts with a focus on sponsorships, donations, sustainability, and event execution. This full-time, year-round role combines administrative, operational, and guest-facing responsibilities.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong organizational & communication skills & positive, guest-focused attitude.
  • Experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or sustainability preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; graphic design or Canva/Adobe skills a plus.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and in varying outdoor conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Skiing/riding experience preferred.
