The Opportunity St Vincent’s Clinic is looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to coordinate marketing activities, content and events. With over 330 medical specialists working across more than 25 specialties the Clinic aims to deliver quality patient care, excellence in clinical research and teaching. Our stakeholders include internal and external medical specialists, health networks, public and private hospitals, staff, volunteers and many more. Please note this is a permanent part time opportunity ideally 2 days a week. Responsibilities: Maintain content on in house display screens Create, edit and proofread on-brand content across digital platforms and mediums Design print collateral Maintain website content including directory entries, images and video content Work with the Clinic team to coordinate and manage events for referring doctors, Clinic Doctors and other stakeholders Liaise with third party contractors and vendors as required Report on social media and website analytics to identify trends and opportunities The Skills and Experience Required Social media and website experience Creative design eg canva or other design programs Ability to work independently in a small team Interest and experience in healthcare preferred Good interpersonal skills and able to build relationships among various stakeholders Why work at St Vincent's?
