Description

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the planning, promotion, and execution of marketing campaigns and events. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a flair for creativity. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from digital marketing campaigns to in-person and virtual events.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with event management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for creating engaging and impactful experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to promote events, programs, and services.
  • Manage social media channels, creating engaging content and monitoring performance.
  • Design and distribute marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, and digital content.
  • Support the organization and delivery of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-the-day management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, using data to inform future strategies.
  • Maintain and update the organization’s website and event pages.
  • Assist in managing budgets for marketing and events, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and event management.
