We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team and support Summit’s marketing initiatives and event planning efforts. This is an exciting role for someone who is creative, organized, and eager to contribute to impactful campaigns and memorable events.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Summit’s marketing strategies and coordinating events that align with our brand and mission. From creating compelling content and managing campaigns to organizing industry events and conferences, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related role (internships or co-op experience welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (experience with HubSpot, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience planning and coordinating events is a strong asset.
