ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to take on a diverse and exciting role that supports both our marketing and event management efforts. This position offers the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in marketing, social media and events in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• MARKETING SUPPORT:Assist in content creation, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to ensure the success of our events and maintain an active, positive presence in the market.
• EVENT COORDINATION:Assist with the planning and execution of webinars and in-person events. You will work closely with clients, our Head of Content, and relevant venues to ensure seamless event delivery.
• EVENT LIAISON WITH STAKEHOLDERS:Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure all event details are in place. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with venues, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
• SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:Take charge of our social media plan, content scheduling, and posting across various platforms. Ensure engaging and consistent communication with our audience, asset creation and increasing our brand visibility and position.
• NEWSLETTER CREATION:Learn how to create our weekly email and LinkedIn newsletters that offer a round up of what has been happening at The HR World that week.
• SPONSORSHIP AND MEDIA PARTNERSHIPS:Organise and oversee events where The HR World is a media partner or sponsor, ensuring all logistics are arranged and expectations are met.
