Description We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Marketing Events Manager to lead our event marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success of our sponsored and hosted events, leveraging your marketing and project management skills to make each event a memorable experience. You will manage vendor relationships on the marketing-side, oversee needed collateral creation, execute campaigns aimed at building our loyalty list through event marketing, and be the on-site event representative when needed for Wild Bills. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure that our events align with our marketing goals and are delivered within budget, and at a positive ROI. This role is perfect for a creative marketer with a flair for event planning and a passion for building brand presence through events. Reports to CMO. Responsibilities: Lead and ensure the success of event preparations and executions. Manage relationships with vendors, organizers, and attendees. Work alongside event and AV companies when needed Oversee the delivery of marketing collateral. Manage on-site event presence and communications when needed Manage all tabling and in-store cigar events. Ensure products and brands are on site and represented accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a successful events plan. Ensure smooth event execution within budget and meeting goals. Manage Vendor relationships for larger events such as Dream Cruise & Cigar Fest Assist in launching event intern program and retail street team during 2025 Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Exceptional project management skills. Creativity and an eye for detail. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with senior-level executives. Willingness to travel periodically Diplomacy, tact, and a customer-focused
