Get to Know the Role We're looking for a Marketing Execution Associate to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta. You will be reporting to the lead, helping craft and execute marketing strategies marrying the collaborations spirit with the local strategic partners that resonate with our diverse customer base. You'll be fully on-site in our Yogyakarta office, working on challenges that matter and making a real impact in one of Yogyakarta's most vibrant markets. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Co-create and execute city-level marketing strategies and campaigns that blend data insights with local market knowledge to drive business numbers Orchestrate marketing events, activations, and experiences across Solo that celebrate local culture and connect with our community Partner with cross-functional teams to align on marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution from concept to launch Dig into campaign performance data, uncover what's working, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for smarter future campaigns Keep our marketing calendar, budgets, and performance reports and up-to-date so we always know what's moving the needle Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need A minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing execution, marketing operations, or a related field Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with marketing campaign fundamentals and best practices Proficiency in coordinating with cross-functional teams Experience with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems Knowledge of social media management and content calendars Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools Basic graphic design or content management system experience Experience with project management tools or software Background in event coordination or logistics Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies Additional Information Life at Grab We care about your well-being at Grab, here are some of the global benefits we offer: We have your back with Term Life Insurance and comprehensive Medical Insurance.
